Being an Organized Church Pianist
Being an Organized Church Pianist Playing in front of a congregation each Sunday is no easy task. Make sure you are well prepared before giving your best for God, and before others.1) The practice of the piano and the songs more preferably be done early in the week and often.2) Sing while you play so be able to get an idea of how good your game screen singing.3) If you use sheet music make sure you are organized and ready to go. Write your introduction and endings or make sure that you have used before, are those who are using this time.4) If you are accompanying a soloist, be sure to book early practice.5) If you are still working on and then make sure that the boat that are exploring their piano lessons and practice for Sunday ALSO practice your songs. Do not stagnate. Add to your skills. Lea new songs or new ways of playing old favorites.6) If you are the worship planner also a good resource we have is an index that lists songs by scripture, by topic and key.7) Do not give up, because you do not have a piano. A keyboard to prevent it sees until the Lord bless you can with a piano. Really. This happened to me.8) Want to play a particular style? You can buy music is organized in the style you want to play. But an easier option is to lea what notes or agreements that are doing special sound.Use as these ideas so that we can be together on Sunday moing you can concentrate on a joyful noise to the Lord!
