Renaissance concert at Carnegie Hall
Renaissance concert at Caegie Hall In this article we will review one of the most controversial pop rock concerts in history, the Renaissance concert at Caegie Hall. One might ask why this is such a controversial concert. After all, it was not certain the Renaissance Drug band with a reputation for trashing away. There was nothing offensive about their lyrics. And yet there are many people at the moment believes that Andrew Caegie would be in his grave if he knew that the way in which rock band was playing in the Renaissance room to him. After all, the Caegie Hall was a place where only the greatest classical musicians have to play. Here is where we listened to the works of Chopin, Bach, Mozart and a number of other well-known classical composers. Here we heard the New York Philharmonic Orchestra. This is not where you feel like Jon Camp, John Tout, Michael Dunford and Annie Haslam. But here were, during the summer of 1975 together with some members of the New York Philharmonic Orchestra played at Caegie Hall. Many die-hard fan of classical music was wondering if the New York Philharmonic had nothing better to do on this day. What we do not understand is that they should be treated as something never heard in these hallowed halls again. Renaissance was, in every sense of the word, the poor people of classical music group. Their songs were very much after the style of classical composers of the past. But their tone is unmistakably rock. It combines guitars, drums, synth and orchestral instruments for the product in a unique sound that has made them one of the most common types of rock bands of that time. Unfortunately, the concert itself Renaissance played it safe. They did not stray much from the original scheme of their fine craft pieces. So, if you stray with a ridiculous five minutes down solo on "Ashes Are Buing," which is certainly the Die Hard fans cringing. And the New York States, the Philharmonic, where he showcases a lot. The concert was not all bad. It is a curiosity in search of some great songs like "Ocean Gypsy", "I can understand that," their big hit "Carpet of the Sun", "Mother Russia", "Ashes Are Buing" and the epic masterpiece "SCHEHERAZADE". Not much in this concert that you do not hear the album in their studio. There is a brief introduction speech SCHEHERAZADE, but is rather 'to himself the song other than to say a little' history. Critics' biggest problem in the context of the concert was a live - Benefits should be a window into the soul of an artist. In this case, all that were treated with one of the regurgitation can be easily found simply buy one of their disks. On a positive note, those who have never heard of the Renaissance were treated to music that most certainly had every right to be at Caegie Hall. They could only have done better.
